• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, bets placed from the bonus balance are generally limited to a maximum of ৳500 per bet.

Fair Play: All games on 77jiya use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that is regularly audited by independent third parties, ensuring every game outcome is entirely random and unbiased. If a technical error occurs during any game, the bets for that round will be voided.

Sports Betting: If the result of a match changes after a bet has been accepted, the official announcement by the relevant government or tournament authority will be considered final. If a match is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original stake refunded.

Live Betting: If a bet is cancelled during live betting due to an internet disconnection or a technical issue on the platform, the amount will be returned to your account. 77jiya is not liable for connectivity issues on the member's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 77jiya and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Deliberate betting patterns designed to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting")
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Accessing another person's account without authorization
• Using any software or bot to place automated bets
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs
• Facilitating gaming by anyone under the age of 18

Limits you can set for yourself at 77jiya:

Any valid balance will be returned within 30 days of account closure; however, if an investigation is ongoing, this timeframe may be extended.

• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Losses resulting from unexpected technical issues
